Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To request a return, contact us at: visiondrivecar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns
If your return is approved:
- You will receive instructions on how to send the item back
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of the approval
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or video evidence
We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
